This chapter will introduce the Volere Requirements Process and its associated specification template from the activities and deliverables that had proved to be effective in a project. It will help you to discover and communicate your requirements more productively and accurately. The whole process is shown in the image and some of them are used more frequently and have greater influence:
Project Blastoff:
The main purpose of the project blastoff is to build the foundation for the requirements discovery that is to follow, and to ensure that all the needed components for a successful project are in place. It defines the business scope and acts for reference from the stakeholders.
Trawling for Requirements:
Basically means discovering the requirements. Business analysts will discuss the current situation and future hope with the technicians as well as consulting the stakeholders for their expectations.
Iterative and Incremental Processes:
This method is used with iterative development life cycle, in which, after a preliminary analysis, the product is developed in small increments to provide the most agile way to meet the needs of stakeholders.

Group 1 Tim Horton's 
As Jack has described Blast-off meeting defines what the project is, scope, why/reasoning behind it, their benefits, identify the stakeholders (invite them as well), and overall understanding. An example of this would be the unveiling a new donut flavor. They would discuss what the new flavor is, why they chose this, timeline of product release, research and product testing results, customer and employee responses and reviews. If there were any questions or concerns, the audience/stakeholders could get detailed explanations that would clarify and provide the understanding throughout the company for faster adoption. An example of this would be the poutine donut that was a unique and innovative flavor that was non-traditional to their normal menu item.

According to the iterative and incremental project it is important to get the best way or the method to come with the most agile way to do the job with effectiveness and efficiency to get the pre-set goals. Tim Horton’ s want to come with the best way to complete the work as need to achieve the higher level of achievements as the time lint of the drive throw it is important to get the car out at the minimum time as required for that they need the best way to do that in the minimum time possible.

The Trawling requirements state the basis, the needs for which the projects are required as an important part to follow the pre-set ideas. For Tim’s in the internal meeting with the stakeholders, they discuss the important path need to follow to achieve the output for the project which contains the main idea for the project. The requirements for the project needed to discuss and then follow them as required for the project.
